This plan would consist of a short 1 hour meeting. This meeting can be in person or over the phone. The option is totally up to you. We can identify your fitness goals, and any obstacles you have encountered in the past. From the answers you provide me in the meeting you will receive a workout routine that is tailored to your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, etc). The workout plan can be easily motified or adjusted to fit into your daily routine. Every 3 weeks we will re-evaluate your plan. Also you will have full access to get ahold of me. if you need motivation, help, an answer to a question, or a concern i will be easily accessible.
